We just productized our service.

After running 1,000s of test variations, we’ve identified the top 12 components that drive the most impact on an ecommerce store.

We’re calling this program - Needle Movers™.

There are 2 main goals for this rather drastic change to our business:

  1. Force all process and focus only on the most impactful components we can optimize, to deliver maximum value (revenue increase) to our clients

  2. Boil down to a science our internal processes in a way that creates maximum efficiency, predictability, scalability and reduces dependencies, all leading to a more fulfilling and stress-free environment for everyone involved

The focus part is key.

We see a lot of businesses wasting resources and testing parts of their website that simply do not move the needle.

A recent example from a client:

They wanted to rework content down their PDP which scrollmaps revealed only 10% of visitors see.

We just ran it by our Needle Movers method to asses whether it makes sense to invest resources in this mini project that would involve a few people’s time, the answer? Of course not.

Time saved and focus gained to be redirected at more impactful changes.

Focused actions compound faster than just checking things off.
