DTC+: Late, but timely

Later than usual newsletter this week.

Last week, crazy week.

One of the busiest, yet most fulfilling weeks.

My co-founder flew all the from Bali to visit us in Sofia, Bulgaria for our first ever team building.

It's weird having a team, just a year ago it was just the two of us trying to figure out how to make this CRO thing work.

It's great having a team, a great team.

One of the best things you can do to make your job a fulfilling one is to work with great people and have great relationships.

It's also how you create the foundations for something big, not impossible, but tough to do alone, and at scale.

While we were at it, we had to do a photoshoot.

We did miss two team members that did not make it to Sofia this year, but I guess we photoshop them in:

CRO pro tip --> Add a dog to an image, conversion rates increase immediately.

So I guess this newsletter is about consistency, keeping things running despite crazy weeks, and the importance of a team.
